Research API

Research : Allows customers to place research requests on subject businesses. It includes the following features:

API	Description
Research : Submit Case	Allows customers to place research requests on subject businesses. These requests fall into one of two categories: D&B has knowledge of the company, but information is either missing or incorrect. Someone is searching for a company and D&B does not seem to have knowledge of it.
Research : Research Summary	Allows customers to get a list of the reasearch requests submitted by the users and the cases that were created towards the research requests.
Research : Research Details	Allows customers to retrieve the details of a specific case within a research request.
Research : Challenge Case	Allows the customer to request Dun & Bradstreet to review the results delivered for a specific case. This could be because, Change not made but info is available that confirms change. Change made but it does not match inquiry request. Change is not viewable in product.
