The Resolved Network Insights Products provide various network insights details about the requested D-U-N-S Number. The following products are available:

"Ownership Insights - Control & Ownership" Non Standard Data Blocks (Side Block)

"Ultimate Beneficial Ownership Historical List" Add-Ons

Ultimate Beneficial Ownership Historical List (cmphol) The Historical Beneficial Ownership List provides a list structure of both entities and individuals, and their relationship to the specified D-U-N-S Number with a particular focus on identifying Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) and Corporate Beneficial Owners (CBOs). This output is optimized for presentation in list format. It provides the same response as the Ultimate Beneficial Ownership list (cmpbol) but critically, by providing details of the month in the request, you can view a point in time historical snapshot of the list of beneficiaries. The data is available for a rolling 12 month cycle.
Note: This API is available as part of "Ultimate Beneficial Ownership Historical List" Add-Ons.

Network Intelligence APIs

Product Description Geographic Coverage
Resolved Network Insights (RNIRPI) Resolved Persons Insights harnesses multiple datasets within Dun & Bradstreet and uses analytical software to create relationships within our global data associated with individuals. We have matched the individuals within an organization (D-U-N-S) to other persons associated with other organizations (to establish the probability that they are the same person). Note that persons may not only include natural people but also businesses, hence the use of the term "entities" below. The data product is available globally and provides the following elements:
  1. Information on the Target D-U-N-S (organization) and Firmographics
  2. An array of the role players in that organization (principals / shareholders / controllers) - each have a unique key based on the D-U-N-S, role and name
  3. A set of 'resolved persons (or entities)' that have been matched against both the target organization role players and role players in other organizations i.e. people who have been probabilistically matched to a role player as the same person
  4. The D-U-N-S numbers of businesses those persons (or entities) hold roles in
  5. A set of qualitative assessment details of why the person (or entity) was resolved to those role players, for example same name, same address, same DOB etc.
  6. A Composite or 'best' view of the resolved person or entity (using the most common instance of an attribute e.g. name or address)
This packet supports our customers to drive more efficient customer due diligence by negating the need for CDD outreach, reducing requests on the same person when said person is involved with multiple third parties and helps build a more robust risk based approach to onboarding.		 Global
Network Intelligence Role Player Search This operation allows the customer to specify search criteria and get a matching list of role players within businesses (DUNS). The information returned can then be used to request the Network Intelligence Source of Wealth or Resolved Role Player blocks.
Note: This API is available as part of "Network Intelligence Resolved Role Player" or "Network Intelligence Source of Wealth" or "Network Intelligence Resolved Role Player with SDN" Add-Ons.

Network Intelligence Resolved Role Player (roleplayerinfo_v1) A basic entity centric data block which will for any role player in one DUNS expose all businesses (DUNS) they are associated with.

Network Intelligence Source of Wealth (sourceofwealthinfo_v1) The Source of Wealth data block for a role player in one DUNS exposes all businesses (DUNS) they are associated with along with financial statement and firmographic information on each DUNS. Allowing the end user to gain insight into the role players source of wealth.
Note: This API is available as part of "Network Intelligence Source of Wealth" Add-Ons.

Network Intelligence Resolved Role Player with SDN (Specially Designated National) (resolvedroleplayersdninfo_v1) An entity centric data block which will for any role player indicate whether they are an SDN (Specially Designated National), provide an estimation of their source of wealth plus all the businesses (DUNS) to which they are associated with their roles in each.
Note: This API is available as part of "Network Intelligence Resolved Role Player with SDN" Add-Ons.
