The D&B Restricted Party Screening API is a standardized set of services that enables you to embed screening workflow into your process, manage and maintain false positive remediation and adjudication. It helps you to react to material change based on your own policies. You can screen your third parties against sanctions, watchlists, Politically Exposed Persons and Adverse Media. It includes the following features:
Using D&B's owned RPSi Data assets our customers can make a request through a DUNS number and perform screening on that DUNS number & associated counter parties. By creating a 'basket of names' under a unique case ID, customers can screen the primary business name associated with the DUNS as well as trading styles, principals & beneficial owners.
The basket can be added to monitoring & the entities within the basket are automatically updated when changes occur to firmographic data. This allows customers to perpetually screen and monitor the right entities without having to do periodic reviews.

Case features are available with D&B RPSi data only.
Alongside D&B's case features which create a basket of names, D&B also enable customers to screen individual entities whether they are companies or individuals. The features below are available across all D&B's Restricted Party Screening data assets be it D&B's own data or our third party screening providers.

DataList APIs enable customers to define, add cases (DUNS or entity names) review and maintain lists to facilitate the ongoing categorization and subsequent treatment of said cases depending on the customers' own policies. Valid categories are Suspicious, Esteemed and Conditional.
